Assuming I Place An Order For a Product Now, When Will I Receive My Order?
Sellers will be responsible for the delivery of the purchased items; except the products enlisted by ShopDeyGo.com’s themselves or by a special arrangement. We also partner with some transport, logistics and courier companies in delivering purchased products to our customers.
ShopDeyGo.com makes it easy for sellers to handle nation-wide payment on delivery collections for the item purchased from them. These deliveries come with our customized stickers and delivery materials
Note: ShopDeyGo.com will not be responsible for the cost of delivery and ShopDeyGo.com has no liability in cases of uncollected funds.

Does An Item’s Displayed Image Online Actually Reflect What You Will Receive From Us?
While most items show actual images of what will be delivered, some images may differ slightly from what is displayed on the website.
This may occur for a variety of reasons including but not limited to a new/temporary packaging design by the manufacturer, promotional items, same content but different version of an item (e.g. different editions of books or varied book cover design depending on country of print).
Some images may also be for illustration purposes only and may not exactly reflect the colour, size and shape of actual item; this is particularly relevant for fruits, vegetables and other fresh produce.
What If An Item Is Not Available?

If any of our vendors deliver an incorrect or damaged item (damage that has been caused by a vendor), we will be glad to help you communicate such vendor asap and see how we can link both of you to resolve the issue amicably.
Can I Cancel An Order?
At the moment, we do not accept cancellation of orders. This is because orders are processed instantly by notifying the seller of the product (The particular vendor) of the sale and the need to instantly forward the products to the buyer through an agreed route. Thus, once an order has been placed and paid for, ShopDeyGo.com is unable to accept a cancellation of the order, for now.

Are There Charges Attached To Selling On ShopDeyGo.com?
Yes. There are charges attached. Remember, ShopDeyGo.com provides you a multivendor website where you can register as a vendor and sell your products at your own discretion. No limits. You, as a vendor, enlists your products, fix your prices, and promote your replicated website (Shop Link). When you make sales, ShopDeyGo.com charges you only 11.04% of the sales value to cover the cost of internal logistics. ShopDeyGo.com also deducts N1,000 on your first payment as an annual maintenance fee. However, the buyer is charged the Federal Governments VAT and other miscellaneous. Finally, as a vendor, when you make any sale, you MUST use any of our customized packages and/or brand stickers to deliver the product. Our stickers and other packaging materials are sold by our numerous "Market Developers" (They are the equivalent of Regional Managers) .
